The Local Better Regulation Office (LBRO) invites you to submit quotations for the following specifications:

A) Research and analysis of case studies on incidents of non-compliance in order to understand how and where risks are visible to regulators.

The deadline to submit bids for this project is 12.00 noon on Monday, 06 February 2012.

The standard terms and conditions of LBRO will apply to all contracts awarded as a consequence of this process. The standard terms and conditions are available here - terms and conditions .


All quotation must include completion of the following documents: Price and Delivery schedule (PF01), Formal declaration of your offer (PF02), Statement of non-collusion (PF03), Supplier Information Form (PF04)

It is essential to comply with the following instructions in the preparation and submission of your quotation. LBRO reserves the right to reject a quotation that does not fully comply with these instructions.

Your quotation must be completed in full and dated. Failure to return a completed quotation will invalidate your submission.  Any quotation submitted will be deemed to remain open for acceptance or non-acceptance for not less than 90 days from the closing date stipulated above. LBRO may accept the quotation at any time within this prescribed period. LBRO shall, however, not be bound to accept the lowest or any quotation.

Your quotation must be submitted no later than the specified times and dates above.
