Primary Authority IT System

The Primary Authority IT System has been upgraded. The upgrade to the PA IT System makes the following changes:

1. Makes the PA IT System easier to use, including improving the search function and making it easier to send messages

2. Includes a "Forgotten Password" link, so that logging in to the system is easier

3. Provides businesses with access to their partnership pages of the PA IT System

How do I get access to the PA IT System?

Each local authority has a user administrator to manage access.  Ask your user administrator to provide you with access.  If you do not know who your user administrator is, use the Register button on the login screen. 

I have forgotten my password, how can I gain access?

Use the "Forgotten Password" button on the login screen. If this does not work please contact your user administrator.

Why can't I find partnership information or inspection plans on the PA IT System?

Check your role in the right hand corner of the screen.  If it does not say "Enforcing Authority" use the "Roles" menu on the left to switch your role to enforcing authority to allow you to view partnership information.If you do not see a "Roles" menu, contact your user administrator and ask for Enforcing Authority access.
