Improvements to the Primary Authority IT System - October 2009
The Primary Authority IT System has been upgraded as part of an ongoing development process.
What are the changes?
- The system will manage all of the timescales within Primary Authority on behalf of all users
- Primary authorities can add information to the system themselves
- Users will have an individual username
- Local authorities will decide what type of access each user requires

Will my existing shared username still work?
Yes, your existing shared username will work until 9th November 2009. After that date you will need a new username.
How do I get a new username?
Each local authority has a user administrator to manage access. They will be issuing new usernames to all users shortly
Who is my user administrator?
Your Head of Service has nominated the user administrator. If your Head of Service can't help then please contact pa@lbro.org.uk
