Details: The placement with One Stop provides an insight into the way they manage complaints and customer expectation. Discover their approach to marketing and legislative compliance as well as the principles behind their supply chain and logistics. Day two provides the opportunity to see how the personnel at stores put into practice the company ethos.

There are opportunities to experience Trading Places with small businesses in your area. We are working with the National Federation of Retail Newsagents, the Radio, Electrical and TV Retailers Association and Chambers of Commerce to roll out Trading Places in a way which is appropriate for their members. We are continuing to work closely with business associations on a national rollout, so if you are interested in taking part in your area please let us know and we should be able to arrange a suitable placement.
