- wait for your nomination!
The benefits begin as soon as we register your partnership. From then on it has legal status and must be regarded by all councils when they undertake inspection and compliance activities. In addition, transitioning any existing home or lead authority arrangements into Primary Authority is easy, to gain the increased assurance of a statutory partnership.
