LBRO worked with the Welsh Assembly Government and key partners to prepare this first set of four national enforcement priorities for Welsh local authorities. They reflect the fundamental principles of One Wales - accountable, citizen-centred public services. This followed a formal consultation process undertaken by the Welsh Assembly Government.
