Effective Resource and Partnership Management

To get the most from available resources requires appropriate internal controls, robust financial management, and the good use of information and ICT. Any third party suppliers should be identified and used in a way that maximizes quality, value for money and sustainability. Innovative ways of delivering services also need to be considered and supported where appropriate, including formal partnerships. Two relevant practice examples are given below.
