Performance Management
Performance management is a matter for councils, and key to the delivery of improved outcomes for people in their areas. The effective management of regulatory services is clearly important, particularly at a time when central controls are being reduced, in order to achieve local priorities - including cross-cutting outcomes - and value for money for the taxpayer.
